On the day of your party, a member of our team will arrive at your chosen venue during your allocated time slot to set up your soft play package and/or indoor bouncy castle. After your event, we’ll return to pack everything away, leaving you free to enjoy the day without any hassle.

 

Hire Duration

 

Our hire is available for as long as you need on the day. We kindly ask that you provide parking outside the venue, confirm the correct setup time, and follow our safety guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

Our first setup time is 8am, and the last collection is 7pm.

 

Free Delivery Area

 

We offer free delivery and collection within a 20-mile radius, covering areas in and around Cannock, Lichfield, Rugeley, Stafford, and across Staffordshire. If you're located between 20–25 miles away, a small fuel fee of £10 applies.

 

Setup Times

 

All packages require setup time ranging from 45 to 60 minutes, with most needing around 60 minutes. Please be sure to check the exact setup time when booking. Ensure your venue is accessible both before and after your event to allow sufficient time for setup and collection. A parking space directly outside the venue’s access door is required.

 

We also require that there are no stairs or steps at the venue if you have booked the White Tots Mini Castle, as it is too heavy to be transported safely up or down stairs. If we arrive and discover the venue is not suitable due to stairs, we will be unable to set up the bouncy castle and no refund will be given. Please confirm full venue access details at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

 

Indoor Bouncy Castle Hire

 

Our White Tots Mini Castle is available for indoor hire only and makes a wonderful addition to any soft play package. This stylish and fun inflatable is perfect for little ones and must be set up inside a venue with adequate space and ceiling height. It requires a clear area of 12ft x 12ft, and the castle itself stands at 7ft high, so please ensure your venue’s ceiling is slightly higher to allow safe clearance. Only one user at a time is permitted, and they must be 1.2 metres tall or under. Please check your venue’s suitability before booking, as we cannot set up if space or access requirements are not met. The bouncy castle is cleaned and sanitised before each hire for your peace of mind.

 

Outdoor Setups (Soft Play Only)

 

We offer outdoor soft play hire from April to August, weather permitting.

An additional £50 refundable deposit is required for all outdoor bookings. This will be returned after collection, provided the equipment is in the same condition it was delivered in.

 

If booking an outdoor setup, please also provide a Plan B indoor space in case of rain or high winds, along with a photo of the alternative space for approval. We monitor forecasts using BBC Weather and the Met Office. If poor weather is expected, we will not proceed with an outdoor setup. If no suitable indoor alternative is available on arrival, your booking will be cancelled without a refund.

 

Booking Terms

 

To secure your booking, a £25 non-refundable booking fee is required within 24 hours of making your reservation. This fee will be deducted from your total balance, which is due 2 weeks before your event date.

 

For outdoor hires, a £50 refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to confirm your booking. The full package price is then due 2 weeks prior to setup. The deposit will be refunded after collection, provided the equipment is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

 

Please note: Food, drinks, confetti, slime, face paint, glitter, or arts and crafts are not permitted on the soft play or bouncy castle. We will not set up at your event if a face painter is present. No refund will be given.

 

Bookings are not confirmed until the appropriate fee or deposit has been received.
