✨ All items are made/personalised to order. Once your order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

✨ Please double-check all names and spelling before ordering. Personalisation will be completed exactly as entered and cannot be changed afterwards.

✨ Collection dates and time slots cannot be changed once your order has been placed, so please choose carefully.

✨ Some designs require you to drop your own elf off. This will be stated in the item description. If your elf is not dropped off by the required deadline, your order will be completed without it. We cannot add your elf on collection day.

✨ As our items are handmade, there may be slight variations from the example photos. Where necessary, decorations or contents may be substituted for a similar alternative.
